Our Services
The Refugee Legal Centre provides a comprehensive service to asylum seekers and refugees in the United Kingdom. The Refugee Legal Centre provides a comprehensive service from initial representation to representation on appeal and in a number of selected cases reconsideration to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and the higher courts through our specialist teams. Furthermore, our services include advice and representation of those clients who are detained under the UK immigration and asylum laws.
We also provide follow up services for those of our clients who have been granted permission to stay in the United Kingdom such as extensions of leave, family re-union applications and applications for naturalization to become a British Citizen.
Our services are free to those clients who are eligible under the Community Legal Help scheme. You can use the Legal Services Commission’s eligibility calculator to check whether you qualify. Please note that in accordance with our contract all cases are subject to a means and merit test.
