The Refugee Legal Centre is committed to the development of policies to promote equal opportunity in all aspects of its activities, including the delivery of its services to clients.
Services will be offered and delivered regardless of the client’s gender, race, ethnic origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation disability, religion or health (including HIV, HIV related illness or acquired immune deficiency syndrome) , on the basis of need and the resources available to the Refugee Legal Centre.
If any client considers that s/he has suffered from unequal treatment on any of the above grounds, s/he can use the complaints procedure as described in the leaflet available from reception.
